All of have some insecurities, most of them happen to be about the body. We’ve all been accustomed to being insecure at a very young age, especially if you’re chubby, hairy, short, have weird teeth, stutter, or something else that’s indifferent about you. When people say that kids are wicked mean, it’s true! Kids do not hold back, they say it like it is without understanding empathy (because they are young and still learning about life). Besides the fact that we’ve received judgement and grow up with stress about our bodies, we equally judge as grown ups! Think about how you choose the right nanny or hire people for a certain job. One thing we constantly miss is the fact that those non-verbal factors that effect our choices, are also affecting us internally. That’s why when we look at or judge someone with a “better than mine” object/attitude/skill, we then also unknowingly put ourselves down.
That is one of the reasons why you have to train your mind to let go of your insecurities and become YOUR TRUE SELF. The best way to train your mind and to become completely at peace with yourself, is to train or access the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for your inner opinions ever since childhood, so by changing your mind, you will learn to think and act in ways that are so different and so empowering!
