06 Sep Techniques To Access or Activate Subconscious Mind

Not many people have had the opportunity to access the subconscious mind. It’s a part of the mind that is unknown to many. Its a phenomenal, complex mind which when used can be way more powerful than a super computer! So if you want to awaken the subconscious and tap into it then use these 4 techniques:

1. Visualization

Visualization is a powerful technique that uses your mind to imagine something that can positively affect your mood, balance your body and connect to your subconscious mind. As you develop feelings for the things you visualize, you awaken the subconscious. As the visualization becomes more detailed and forms a stronger attachment, the involvement of the subconscious will also improve.

It is here that you engage with the discovery of your subconscious.

2. Meditation

Visualization is commonly used in meditation. But even without that, you can still activate the subconscious using meditation.  Meditation helps you to re-wire your neutral patters which is a major means of communication for the subconscious mind. For example, if you have met a 2 year old, he or she will copy or be very influenced by her parents or sibling. The subconscious mind also copies everything you learnt from the past and communicates that to your mind.

So if you want to tap into the subconscious mind to instinctively avoid doing something like losing your temper, or losing patience, then connect with it strongly using meditation. You will understand more and more of its signals and triggers and change your neural pathways.

3. Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone

As I said, the subconscious has been copying everything you picked up from the past. Without even knowing it, it has helped you form your beliefs. So for a long time, you have been relying with your previous beliefs. This restricts the awakening of the subconscious because it is so used to performing or programming that way.

The consequence of living that way is having no power to ask myself  important questions that I have been programmed not to ask since childhood is- does God exist? what is a sexual feeling? what is our purpose? what happens when we die? what happens if I leave my job and follow my heart?

As we all have been programmed or raised by a set of instructions, we have been forbidden to think. Forbidden to unlock the mind. Forbidden to step out of traditional thoughts and ask why. Forbidden to take a step out of the unknown( outside of the comfort zone)

My advice to anyone that wants to awaken the subconscious mind is to simply question everything and try to form a new opinion. Push your mind to experience more flavor of thoughts or perspective. Explore whatever was forbidden.

4. The Lucid Connections

This last technique takes it to another level. If you have a serious, life-changing question to ask yourself and it’s diffuclt to find an answer, then as you get into bed at night, let the question( not the answer) be the last thing on your mind. Now, after a few hours of sleep, wake up. You  will be in a Wake Induced Lucid Dream and again think of the question as you doze off.

This is when you the subconscious mind KICKS in. It will communicate it’s patterns and symbols. And let you know what you truly want to see.  Try to awaken your subconscious so that you know what your next decision should be.
