Are you wondering why you should access the subconscious mind to become comfortable with your body? Yes, the very act that makes us stand apart from other mammals, a higher capacity to think, is the reason why you worry that you’re too fat, too hairy, too short, too bald, too dark, too pale, too old etc!
With great power, comes great responsibility! That means that you have to use your thinking for just thinking, not overthinking! Use it, don’t abuse it. When you abuse thinking, you put every single thing under the microscopic and magnify negativity! Change your thinking pattern with the help of awareness. Awareness of every thought under “body image” that enters your mind, need not be judged, but needs to be marked as something in the neutral category. So whenever you hear or do something that makes you feel insecure, simply put it into a box of neutrality! It’s not good, it’s not bad.
By becoming aware of your thoughts, you can pick up on how negative they sound in your brain. You can begin to recognize your patterns and associations that make you feel bad! This way whenever someone says anything hurtful, you know not to judge yourself! Also, remember that what you feel is what you reflect. So, if your energy is negative people will associate that to you. But if you stay comfortable in your own skin, you force people to see beyond your shortcomings! They won’t see how short you are when you have a large personality! So you can change views by BELIEVING and exerting the positive side of you! So keep in mind that what you feel is what you reflect. And what you reflect is your own body image.
Use meditation to change your perception of your body. When the mind is completely calm and your body is relaxed, you are at the right stage to begin positive visualizations. Imagine the best version of yourself, imagine all the things you want to achieve, visualize yourself conquering things you can actually change unlike height or body color. STRIVE TO BECOME THE BEST AT WHAT YOU DO WELL, build your self-esteem, think and be who you want to be! That’s more important, that’s what you will remember when you are 80 years old, because your 80 year old self will tell you to live life and not worry about the things you cannot change!

Mental Noting (Identify the negative thoughts) – Understand That You Don’t Have to Feel Bad (don’t self-judge) – Detach From It- Stay Neutral – Practice Positive Associations.
This way, you will actually access and train the subconscious mind to become so comfortable with your body, that nothing other than you can alter it! Continue to meditate and protect the mind from taking you down.
